Life is not a bed of roses,it scatters some thorns in it too.If anyone says that life is race without any hurdles, then he might be talking about a fictious story. Each and every person in this world,at some point of time, has come across many problems and obstacles. And this leads to tension and stress. Many have a tough time coping with it.Still we find some unique ways to shatter the chains of stress in us.
The level of stress underwent, varies from person to person.A big corporate boss faces daily tension of profit and loss, whereas,a poor man gets stressed to keep the wolf from the door. And their management of tension too are different. My daily life faces a melange of problems. To some, these might seem silly. One of the prominent one is that, I am really nervous about exams,so on exam dates I skip my breakfast even though I know its not healthy. And to reduce tension I always pluck leaves of tulsi and smell it,it is a wonderful adaptogen. When I inhale it, it just infuses a calmness in me.
Music is another soother, listening or humming a tune just relaxes the nerves.Prayer is the key to the soul, some questions that cannot be answered by anyone could be easily answered through prayer. I have Guppies and a Fighterfish at home, merely feeding them and staring at them for some time, I forget all my issues.Food too is a great one, eating your favourite food or cooking recipes from internet and decorating it are some of my time pass. One of the funniest one is that I like kneading flour for chappathis, through it I can pour out all my frustrations😂.I also like drawing which consumes most of my tensions.Another stress buster is photography,I love to take photographs, try new techniques, light and shadow photos, foliage, nature, sunsets, creatures etc.And the most impressive one is,talking, when tension surges in me, I chatter a lot which preoccupies my mind and takes of all the issues from mind.
One cannot always remain tension free. What matters is that how we cope with it.Let stress not overpower you.Find yourself ways to tackle it.Never take a decision under tension, because that might be a wrong one.Every problem has a solution, try to remain calm and act according to the situation.Let tensions be like bubbles which seem big but when you touch it pops and becomes invisible.
All have their own ways of stress management.Let me know how you tackle them😊.
A person produced a few exceptional points there. My partner and i examined on the web for that concern and located most individuals goes in addition to along with your blog.

Very informative post dear Malavika 😊 I do deep breathing, recite om namah shivaya, om namo narayanaya, sometimes talk with friends, watch clouds, walk in garden and touch plants, read spiritual books and children’s books, if I feel very much stress I cry out too 😂

Crying is another good option. Thanks for adding that😃.Its true that chanting mantras too are greatly helpful.

Hi Christy! Thanks for sharing some of your strategies. I was able to heal from my stress long term by wiring new neural pathways in my higher brain, thus displacing prior habits of chronic stress. I found it was the most effective out of all the different strategies I tried. -Warmly

Taking a walk or jogging is a very good stress reliever for me. And a cup of brewed coffee while reading a good book. I try my best to avoid/stop stress-eating.

Bravo Malavika! You really wrote an outstanding article here with a lot of wonderful word pictures in it and ways of helping people like myself even, we’re going through some struggles right now but I’ll make it through, but none the less they are. Also I am going to be following your work from now on and I look forward to hearing more about the chip at ease that you make and the things that you bake the things that you do where you live pretty I love your metaphor of stress being like bubbles that pop into the air period is a really wonderful visual.

That is wonderful Malavika. I simply tell the truth to the world as I see it and I want to encourage you when I want to be a catalyst that helps inspire you to keep doing greater and greater things. If I do that, then I can’t really ask for more except our friendship.

That’s how friendship works, especially creating blogs on WordPress.com. one of the biggest selling points to me of WordPress was that I could reblog other people’s material without asking permission. That way I can just hit 3 blog button, exposing my readers to content that I never would have been otherwise. The beauty of that is I usually make friends with whoever it is that I share their material, and we both get new readers that we never would have had.
